Started in 1999, we are in our 27th twirling season. The Diamond Dolls is made up of performing members; ages 4-18 years old. We practice in Blairsville from January through July. Classes are offered both recreationally and competitively. Our entire team marches in local parades and entertains at various church and community festivals throughout the summer months. Additionally, the competitive teams compete at indoor TU & NBTA competitions. The Diamond Dolls is open to girls ages 4-18, from ANY school district, with or without twirling experience.
We also have a thriving group of solo competitive students who compete at the State, Regional, and National levels through NBTA and TU. We offer private lessons, both competitively and recreationally.
Diamond Dolls alumni have gone on to twirl on college majorette lines and as college feature twirlers at IUP, Indiana State University, Sam Houston State University, Thiel College, Clarion University, Bowling Green State University, Robert Morris University, Pitt, Grove City College, and IUP, and many earned college credits and/or scholarships for their twirling!
