What You'll Do

  • Develop and apply Twirlmate's quality assurance standards to produce world class software for the sport of baton twirling

  • Learn best practices for testing and evaluating software on the web

  • Study and apply web accessibility best practices so Twirlmate is user-friendly to all

  • Collaborate with Twirlmate leadership to design, build, and test features that will modernize the twirling world


Who We Are

Twirlmate is your partner in baton twirling events, groups, analytics and resources. Our mission is to grow the sport of baton twirling by celebrating all organizations. We also seek to support all members of the twirling community: athletes, parents, coaches, judges, vendors, and organization administrators.


Responsibilities

  • Spend 2-3 hours/week testing new and existing features

  • Take ownership over Twirlmate's QA pipeline: reporting/documenting bugs and validating the fixes for them


Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of, or interest in learning, quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

  • Strong computer skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Program skills are a bonus but not required

Compensation
